1. General Policy

At NodeRaid, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: If you have not used or accessed your server, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase.
  • Service unavailability: If your server has been inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • After 24 hours of service activation
  • If your service was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Renewal payments — please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue
  • Partial months — we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days
  • If you simply changed your mind after the 24-hour window

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@noderaid.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your service at any time through your client area. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 24-hour refund window.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate termination of all your services and a permanent ban from NodeRaid. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
