By purchasing or using any service from NodeRaid ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

NodeRaid provides game server hosting services including but not limited to Minecraft and Rust servers hosted on virtual private servers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@noderaid.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
  • Spamming or unsolicited communications
  • Any activity that violates the terms of the game publishers (Mojang/Microsoft for Minecraft, Facepunch for Rust)

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your service without refund.

5. Payment

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of your service. We accept payments through our available payment gateways as displayed at checkout.

6. Refunds

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your service at any time through your client area.

9. Limitation of Liability

NodeRaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
